Happy 2nd Birthday sweet Griffin!

Today my dear friend Courtney's  little boy turns two! I have known this little boy since he was in mommy's belly, so it was hard not to get a little teary eyed when he walked in the door today with his Birthday Boy shirt on. Griffin is one of the sweetest, smartest, lovable and most laid back little boys you will ever meet... it's hard to not just fall in love with him.  Watching our babies grow up together has made it so easy to hold this little boy close to my heart. Happy 2nd Birthday sweet Griffin!

Vintage Circus REAL Party

I have found so many awesome REAL PARITES this week while searching for Vintage Carnival and Circus Parties. Toadstool Cupcake

Are you tired of Woodland yet??? NOT ME! Here is one more cutie little cupcake that I had to share. I found this over at Make it Do. Her inspiration came from the wonderful and talented Bakerella. She used her tutorial for making Cupcake Pops to make these little toadstools. Head over and see photos of the rest of this party!

Real Party: Spa Candy Ladies' Night

Do you remember my Spa Candy post from a few weeks ago that I found via Celebrations at Home? Well, I had a chance to put some of that inspiration to good use! Once a month my friends and I will have a "Ladies' Night In" at one of our homes. This month it was my turn to host. My sister Sarah, who is an Area Manager and Independent Consultant for Arbonne  International(R), helped me  put on this months ladies' night. If you haven't heard of Arbonne(R), you are missing out!  Take a look at this...

Arbonne is a 3o year old botanically-based, swiss formulated health and wellness company. These products are at the corner of "high fashion" and "green."

These are a few of Arbonne's {Pure, Safe and Beneficial} products.

Each guest brought home a loofah, manicure set,

Arbonne's Unwind Bath Salts  and lots of sample products.

I tried to keep the menu simple and healthy by serving carrot cake cupcakes {healthiest sounding cupcake I could find}, cantaloupe and honeydew skewers, vegetable potato chips and veggie shots with fat free ranch dressing.

I found these adorable Woodland cookie favors from Sweetopia via Hostess with the Mostess. I am a recent follower of Sweetopia and I am just amazed with how beautifully detailed her work is. I love details, but food is something I would leave to an artist like this.
